Every build starts with a free, no-obligation consultation appointment. We’ll get to know you, learn about your dream location, and of course, discuss the vision you have for your home. Above all else, we want to build a relationship with our clients that’s rooted in a foundation of trust.

On-Site Meeting and Design

The next step in the process is an on-location meeting with one of our top home builders in Loudoun County. We’ll determine where your home will sit and if there are any particular conditions on the land that will need to be considered as we start the construction process.

After that, we’ll schedule a meeting with our design team so that you can choose your finishes, and colors, and discuss any modifications and additions to the plan you’ve selected. We’ll create a complete pricing schedule and go over it with you once you’ve approved everything and are ready to move forward.

Financing and Next Steps

In this step of the process, we’ll cover financing and different options with you. Financing luxury homes before they’re built is a bit different than simply shopping on the market for a home, and we’ll be there to answer any questions you may have every step of the way. Construction

This is perhaps the most exciting part of the process! (Aside from moving in, that is!)
