  1.  Next, we’ll visit your property and customize your floorplan
  • We’ll meet you on-site to plot out just how your home will sit and check for any special site conditions we have to consider.
  • You’ll meet with our design consultant in our design center for preliminary finish choices.
  • We’ll draw up plans based on your design modifications/additions.
  • Upon your approval of the plans and finishes, we will provide a complete pricing schedule.

 

  1.   We know you have financing questions.  Just ask us.
  • We’ll give you a brief overview of construction to permanent home loans.
  • We’ll recommend trusted lenders we work with or welcome you to use your own.
  • Wherever you need guidance in the home building process, we’ll be there for you.

 

  1.   When you are completely satisfied you’ll sign and we’ll build
  • Once you sign the contract we’ll go for permits and begin the home building process.
  • You’ll receive a comprehensive Building Process Schedule that will detail:
    1. Pre-construction meetings and inspections throughout construction.
    2. Each phase of construction, from excavation to final walk-throughs and home orientation.

  • We’ll welcome you to your home and review all its systems and features with you.
  • We’ll provide a homeowner’s manual with all your warranties, contacts, maintenance schedules, and “how-to” information.
