  1.  Next, we’ll visit your property and customize your floorplan.
  • We’ll meet you on-site to configure just how your home will sit and check for any special site conditions we have to consider.
  • You’ll meet with our design consultant in our design center for preliminary finishes and color selections.
  • We’ll draw up plans based on your design modifications/additions.
  • Upon your approval of the plans and finishes, we will provide a complete pricing schedule.

 

  1.   We know you have financing questions.  Just ask us.
  • We’ll give you a brief overview of construction to permanent home loans.
  • We’ll recommend trusted lenders we work with or welcome you to use your own.
  • Wherever you need guidance in the custom build sequence, we’ll be there for you.

 

  1.   When you are completely satisfied, you’ll sign, and we’ll build.
  • Once you sign the contract, we’ll begin the engineering and permit process and upon approval, start construction.
  • We'll keep you informed throughout the entire building process with pre-construction meetings and inspections before we hang drywall, and a final walk-through and home orientation.

  • Before turning the home over to you, we will review all its systems and features with you.
