About This Community
In the lush southwestern countryside of Fairfax County, Virginia are the rolling hills and pristine wooded acreage that surround the National Historic District known as Clifton Virginia. Truly a small town of only 282 residents as of the last census, Clifton has occupied 161 of the most prized Fairfax County acreage since 1861. Adding to both its charm and appeal – there are no traffic lights hanging along its colorful main street. Clifton’s quaint downtown is filled with locally owned shops and restaurants, and nearly all of its stately homes have stood here over a century.
